Endorsing Organizations
The following national, statewide, regional, and local membership or advocacy organizations have endorsed the Long-Term Care Equality Index by signing on to the following statement:
Older LGBTQ+ adults should be able to access inclusive, welcoming and culturally competent services in long-term care and senior housing communities, free from discrimination. To help make this a reality, the Long-Term Care Equality Index is a valuable tool that will help long-term care communities adopt policies and practices necessary to provide culturally competent and responsive care for LGBTQ+ older adults.
Our organization endorses the efforts of the Long-Term Care Equality Index (LEI) and encourages long-term and senior housing communities communities to take the first step to actively engage in the LEI by signing the Commitment to Caring Pledge.
Add your organization name to the statement. This pledge must be signed by an executive of the organization with decision-making and signatory authorization.
